02. Eligibility Standards
All resolution submissions must be submitted directly within the 60-day limit calculated from your initial processing timeline.
Buyers are requested to send any remaining product units or depleted bottles straight back to our central distribution facility.
Standard charges associated with transport processing, packing, and courier logistics cannot be reversed and are excluded from summary balance totals.
Settled totals are credited exclusively back to the original funding option or card platform managed during checkout.
03. Processing Window
Following the verified physical receipt of your return inventory at our processing point and the execution of data tracking, a ledger transfer is initialized. It commonly requires about 5 to 10 typical banking updates for the balance to register on your statements, depending on separate banking system operations.
